The Siasconset Cottage

The charming Siasconset Cottage, our most popular and most affordable house, was featured on the PBS television show "This Old House". The first floor offers bright and airy living spaces with soaring ceilings, a bedroom and full bath. The second floor includes a large bedroom, full bath, and delightful loft with sleep sofa. Some cottages have a third bedroom.

The Pleasant Street

The Pleasant Street House has a warm traditional appeal and classic Nantucket design. The first floor features separate living and dining rooms, a comfortable den with sleep sofa and a full bathroom. The second floor offers two private bedroom suites, each with a full bathroom.

The Sankaty Cottage

The delightful Sankaty Cottage blends intimate spaces, flowing living areas and two-story ceilings. Sankaty Cottages offer a variety of lovely layouts with a private master bedroom suite on the first floor, one to two additional bedrooms and up to three bathrooms. Some cottages have an additional den, sunroom and/or loft with sleep sofa.

The Madaket

The Madaket House marries the charm of a cottage with the spaciousness of a larger house. The first floor features dramatic two-story living spaces and a large master bedroom suite with dressing room. Some Madaket homes have an additional sunroom with sleep sofa and full bath. The second floor offers two bedrooms with dormers, a full bathroom and a loft with sleep sofa.

The Federal Street

The Federal Street House blends a traditional exterior with a versatile interior. The first floor offers an open living area, a private den with sleep sofa, and a master bedroom suite with private bath. The second floor offers two additional bedroom suites, each with a private bath.

The Lily Street

The Lily Street House has a large and inviting first floor with striking two-story living spaces, a sunroom with sleep sofa, a bathroom and a master bedroom suite with private bath. The second floor features a spacious loft with sleep sofa, two additional bedrooms and a full bath.

The Main Street

The Main Street House has a delightful sun porch, formal dining room, a charming breakfast room and a first floor master suite with private bath. A large loft with sleep sofa, two bedrooms and a full bath are located on the second floor. Some Main Street homes offer additional bedrooms and baths on the third floor.

The Gardner Street

The Gardner Street House features a large open living area, a den with sleep sofa and a master bedroom suite with private bath on the first floor. The second floor offers two additional bedrooms, two full baths and a large loft with sleep sofa. Some Gardner Street homes offer an additional bedroom and bath on the third floor.
